Arrosticini: 

Little delights from Abruzzo made with tender lamb.

 

A long-standing tradition from the Abruzzo region, in the heart of Italy — and a true favorite among Italians.

 

Grilled over narrow, custom-made barbecues, Arrosticini are juicy, smoky, and full of flavor.

 

 

Each skewer contains about 30 grams of lamb, and the recommended serving is 10 skewers per person.

While we grill your Arrosticini to perfection, enjoy your favorite dish:
